Workplace policy

GrowEasy Solutions Corp works remote-first, with clear responsibilities, respectful collaboration and arrangements suited to the work.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Remote-first work

GrowEasy works remote-first. In-person meetings, customer visits or other activities may be arranged when needed, with expectations agreed in advance. Each role’s approved work location, any attendance or travel requirements, and working arrangements are confirmed in the applicable written agreement. Remote-first work does not mean unrestricted permission to work from any province or country.

Current hiring status

GrowEasy is not currently hiring. This page explains our working approach; it is not a job advertisement or an invitation to submit an application. If recruitment opens, the relevant role information will explain the location, schedule and requirements.

Working hours and communication

Working hours, availability, time-zone overlap and communication expectations are agreed for each role. Team members are expected to keep commitments, communicate changes promptly and make work and handoffs clear. Customer support hours are separate from an individual employee’s schedule. Applicable requirements for pay, overtime, breaks, time off and protected leave continue to apply.

Equipment, expenses and information security

Equipment, approved tools and any expense arrangements are confirmed for each role. Team members must use approved access methods, protect devices and confidential information, and promptly report suspected loss or unauthorized access. Company and customer information must not be shared through unapproved personal accounts or tools. Any proposed change in work location must be discussed before the change is made.

Health and safety

GrowEasy and its workers share responsibilities for safe work, including work performed remotely. Work arrangements should support a suitable workspace, safe equipment use, appropriate breaks and prompt reporting of hazards, injuries and incidents. Workplace-specific safety instructions apply to in-person activities and client visits. A remote arrangement does not remove GrowEasy’s applicable health and safety responsibilities.

Respectful and accessible work

GrowEasy expects respectful conduct in person and through email, messages, video calls and other work-related communications. Discrimination, bullying, harassment and retaliation for raising a concern in good faith are not acceptable. Applicants and workers can request an accommodation related to a characteristic protected by applicable human rights law. GrowEasy will assess each request individually and work with the person to explore reasonable accommodation to the point required by law.

Raising a concern or requesting an accommodation

Contact Saboor Meherzad at saboor@groweasysolutions.ca to ask about work arrangements, request an accommodation or raise a workplace concern. Start with a brief description of the issue or adjustment needed; do not send medical records in an initial email. Relevant information will be handled on a need-to-know basis, subject to legal requirements. Nothing in this policy prevents a person from contacting an appropriate regulator, seeking independent advice or exercising a legal right, including where a concern involves the usual company contact.

Pay, benefits and role-specific terms

Compensation, benefits, equipment and reimbursement arrangements are communicated in the relevant job posting, offer or agreement. This page does not promise a particular benefit, a uniform pay rate across locations or employment in every jurisdiction. Any location-based pay policy will be communicated before it affects an offer or agreed arrangement.

Policy scope and review

This public policy explains GrowEasy Solutions Corp’s approach to its own working arrangements. It does not set workplace rules for customers using GrowEasy software. Employment terms and applicable law govern individual relationships; this page does not reduce statutory rights or replace internal safety, reporting and investigation procedures. GrowEasy will review this policy when working arrangements or applicable requirements change and communicate relevant changes to affected people.
