Cookies are small data files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, tags, and scripts. They can support security, website operation, preference storage, measurement, and other disclosed purposes.

GrowEasy does not intentionally use cookies to collect sensitive personal information or to place names, email addresses, restaurant names, or free-text form messages into analytics payloads.

Shopify uses essential technologies to deliver and secure the website, route traffic, remember privacy choices, detect misuse, and provide core platform functions. These technologies may operate without an optional analytics choice where they are necessary for the site to function.

Functional technologies may remember settings or improve the visitor experience. Availability can vary by browser, device, and region.

GrowEasy uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic, page performance, and interactions. When analytics storage is permitted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Google documents a default expiration of up to two years for these cookies, subject to browser limits and configuration.

The website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled and may use visitor and customer data with data from Shopify and other merchants to provide enhanced services, including analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, and advertising-related services. Shopify states that properly integrated cookie and data-sharing choices are applied to this processing.

Depending on location, some processing may be defined as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and GrowEasy’s Your Privacy Choices page.

Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer to review or change non-essential cookie choices where the preference tool is available. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website functions or measurement accuracy.

A supported Global Privacy Control signal may be treated as an opt-out request in applicable regions. The data-sharing opt-out and cookie preferences are separate controls: one addresses activities defined by certain laws as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, while the other addresses non-essential browser storage and measurement choices.

Cookie names, providers, and durations can change when platform settings or services change. GrowEasy will update this policy when material practices change.
