By accessing or using the GrowEasy website, visitors agree to the terms described on this page, subject to applicable law and any future updates posted by GrowEasy.

If you submit information or request access on behalf of a restaurant, company, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Visitors may use the GrowEasy website to learn about the platform, request a demo, or submit contact inquiries. Use of the site must remain lawful and consistent with these terms.

The public marketing website does not provide a Shopify customer-account, shopping-cart, or storefront-checkout service.

Paid services, subscriptions, onboarding work, or custom service arrangements may be subject to separate agreements, order forms, invoices, or written terms. If separate terms apply, those terms will govern the paid service to the extent of any conflict with these website terms.

Visitors may not submit false or harmful information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in violation of applicable law, or misuse GrowEasy materials.

If GrowEasy later provides SaaS workspace access under a separate agreement, authorized users will be responsible for accurate information, credential security, and appropriate use. Separate product or subscription terms will govern that access.

The website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for security, analytics, form processing, and communications. These services can process technical, usage, and submitted information as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled. Shopify may process information to provide enhanced services, including analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, and advertising-related services. Privacy choices are available through the Your Privacy Choices page and the “Cookie preferences” footer link.

The information on the GrowEasy website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not replace professional, legal, regulatory, food safety, accounting, employment, or operational advice. Restaurant operators remain responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to their business.

The GrowEasy website and related materials are provided on an “as available” basis. GrowEasy does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information will remain current at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, GrowEasy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or related requests submitted through it.

Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

GrowEasy may suspend or restrict access to the site or future services if users violate these terms, misuse the platform, or submit harmful content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any disputes related to these Terms or use of the website will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
